Good thing I did ... ended up having quad bypass on December 11. Doing great now - rehab has progressed quicker than even the docs expected. So to all you macho men out there ... do what Mike says. I was Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, understand very well that healthy life is important more than anything on the world.
